Oddly enough it was the liberal supremes that got this one right!?! and the "conservative" supremes voting against the rights of the people. Things keep getting stranger and stranger.

A search warrant is issued and signed by a judge. It must state exactly what is being sought in the search. The judge was wrong. The officers were wrong to accept the blank warrant. The whole fiasco was a fishing expedition based on a "tip". The person who offered the "tip" should also face prosecution for perjury.
There are people who now reside in cemeteries because of bum "tips" and careless execution of search warrants. There are people whose property has been severely damaged by execution of search warrants at the incorrect address. Many are never compensated by the heavy handed screwups dressed as law enforcement officers.
The court is right. A law enforcement officer should bear the responsibilty for careless action. Especially when it tramples the rights of a citizen. Our local police department carries significant liability insurance to protect the city in case an officer does screw up.

Thank you. Unbelievable the libs got one right!!! What I want to know is, after Waco and Ruby Ridge, why Butch Reno and many others are not rotting in a jail cell for the unconstitutional and murderous abuses of human rights and human life [same goes for every "doctor" and mother who murders unborn human life in the womb]. May God grant mercy on our pitiful souls for allowing this to continue without fighting...literally...because our fear of the "authorities" is greater than our fear of God's rath. "He that tries to save his life, will lose it."
