The placement of the truck and volume of explosive was probably adequate to shatter all the windows. I honestly think the basement of the building had additional explosives. The damage to the internal support pillars is not consistent with a truck bomb in front of the building. You do that kind of damage with a properly tamped high explosive to direct the force against the object to be destroyed.

Consider the placement of the truck on the street and the amount of damage done to buildings in the opposite direction from the OKC building. Lots of shattered glass. Not much more.

That carries over to the World Trade *District*

Center is two buildings. There were more. Memories are being reconditined to think it was two buildings.
