Drop the Kerry war crimes joke!

Last week, as I returned from a jog, I turned on the T.V. and Scarborough Country was on. What I saw was the same piece of garbage I had seen for the past few weeks, "Kerry guilty of war crimes." I certainly feel that Kerry is NOT guilty of any war crimes. Take this for example: Imagine you are a soldier passing through a Vietnamese village. You are cold, hungry, and tired, when all of a sudden you are ambushed. You can be DAMN sure that you are going to shoot at anything that moves in front of you! A soldier's number one goal is to come back home. Civilians will be killed in war. It's part of war. I am sure Kerry killed civilians in Vietnam but I don't think he did it intentionally. If he is a "war criminal" then I think most of the soldiers that have been in combat are "war criminals". I am tired of people trying to call themselves "Moral" when they are not being realistic.

Kerry himself admitted to committing atrocities. Just for grins, he accused men like my father of war crimes.
Kerry brought this on himself. F*** him and the horse his sorry ass rode in on.

Tell that to John Kerry. He's the one that called soldiers in Vietnam war criminals. Payback's a bitch ain't it?

A bit hard to say that he's not a war criminal when he admitted to being one.

You mean like Lt. Calley did? I thought you liberal anti-war freaks did not approve of Lt. Calley's actions. Forgot about that one didn't ya?

Well, I look at it this way - Kerry called me a war criminal in 1971, so I figure I have one coming.

A soldier's number one goal is to come back home. I thot a soldier's number one goal was to defend his country.

Senator John Kerry wants you to know that he participated in war crimes while serving in Vietnam.
Appearing on the Dick Cavett show in 1971, Kerry leaned toward the camera and offered this rousing confessional: I did take part in free-fire zones, I did take part in harassment and interdiction fire, I did take part in search-and-destroy missions in which the houses of noncombatants were burned to the ground. And all of these acts, I find out later on, are contrary to the Hague and Geneva conventions and to the laws of warfare. So in that sense, anybody who took part in those, if you carry out the application of the Nuremberg Principles, is in fact guilty."

Welcome to FR. Fire your criticisms at John "Lil' Flip" Kerry. He is the one who said he was a war criminal.

Poor boy. You are a victim of Kerry's world. While he shouts about being a HERO, he also was quite clear on Meet The Press about being a war criminal. He is so shallow he forgot that even privates were taught that it was wrong to follow an illegal order.
He was an officer and if he said he was a war criminal, I believe him. That is about being a war criminal. I would love to see his military records about his medals.
By the way, does anyone know what percentage of heroes came home because of the three purple heart rule?

Ever read the New Soldier? (Kerry's 1971 book)
He's either a War Criminal also guilty of Derrelection of Duty(not reporting to commander) or a Perjurer.
That is an indisputable fact.
