My parents liberal Democratic, New York-transplanted neighbors in Boca Raton, have often spoken of those "damn Cubans" down in Miami. My father would LIKE to have someone other than Wexler representing him, but BobbyWex received 73% of the vote last time. Sickening.

I understand that you have the right to ask Bush any question you wish, it's sort of unsettling to read about your planned ambush of the President.
You sound pretty gleeful about it. Wanting to "hold his feet to the fire and make sure he remembers us in front of the nation."
Are you interested in his answer or are you interested in trying to put him on the spot. Because it sure sounds like your intent is just to become some sort of hero in your own mind.

Hey, what store was that? I'll be happy to call them or the management office myself.
I go to that mall every couple of months.

You obviously don't remember the NWO AMBUSH done to us by Bush #41. He brought us to a spot that allowed Clinton to advance this agenda further in eight years than it had gone since 1921.
No I don't intend to "ambush" the President! His brother, the Governor, is a good friend of mine! By this time, the AWB will be history in one way or another. The point is that GWB signed into law concealed weapons legislation as Governor of Texas. He then signed reciprocity agreements with the states that border Texas. He should be a "lock" on this question. But Kerry has made much media fodder by going hunting and claiming to be a "friend" of the Second Amendment. By pinning them down on this question it sets Kerry up to be the TRAITOR that he is while allowing Bush to simply remind everybody that his actions speak for themselves. He has already signed such legislation. This puts the "Executive Pen of POWER" where his mouth is. But can Kerry make the same assertions?
But just in case that President Bush decides that "state" issues might not play as "national" issues, this might give him a teeeensy reminder of Al Gore's fate. But if he (the Pres) plays this like he has in the past, he'll recognize that KERRY has walked into my killzone and not himself and act as my rear security to make sure that Kerry get's his clock cleaned. See?
