John Kerry, man of the common folk.... he understands your pain, really... trust him -
The many homes of Democrat Presidential candiate, John F. Kerry.
Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania (Assessed value: $3.7 million) |
Ketchum, Idaho ski getaway/vacation home (Assessed value: $4.916 million) |
 Washington, D.C - Georgetown area (assessment: $4.7 million) |
Nantucket, Massachusetts retreat on Brant Point (Assessed value: $9.18 million) |
Boston, Massachusetts - Beacon Hill home (Assessed value: $6.9 million) |
| Oh, and he sold his estate in Italy to activist actor George Clooney, just before announcing his running for president. I guess he thought it might not sit well with the common man since it sold for $7.8 million. Other foreign property ownership by John Kerry is unknown... because he denied repeated requests for this information. |

It would be great if the Republicans start calling on John F'n Kerry to give the mansions away to homeless because why does he need more than one? Why all this excess? Kind of like him saying the 'wealthy'(those earning $200,000) don't deserve tax cuts because they don't need it! Well, why does Kerry need all those mansions. Bush can even use that in a debate. Kerry and all his excess.

What about property taxes??
the property taxes are greater than Kerry's senate salary, how do they get paid?

Snopes summary:
"The aggregate value of these five homes is roughly $29 million, but the claim that John Kerry "owns" all of these properties is problematic. John and Teresa Kerry signed a prenuptial agreement and have kept their premarital assets separate. The Boston townhouse (which John Kerry mortgaged in 2003 to finance his presidential bid) is the only one of these homes that they own as a couple; the other four belonged to Teresa before her 1995 marriage to John Kerry, and some of them are even still listed under the name of her late husband."
IOW, they mostly belong to his sugar mommy.

What about property taxes?? The property taxes are greater than Kerry's senate salary, how do they get paid? How do you define gigolo?Forget the property taxes: he can't even swing the payments on his December mortgage on "his" half of the Beacon Hill property!! (Note that this is the second time in 7 years that he has mortgaged this property. It is unclear how the first mortgage from 1996 was paid off)
Gigolo: a kept man; one who parasitizes, ummm, provides "services" for a wealthy woman (who herself parasitized a wealthy man) in order to secure a life of comfort without having to hold a legitimate job; the opposite of pimp; a wuss; a sex toy that knows his place and the proper answer to any question posed by his mistress: "Yes, ma'am!"

Ahh...another small point of contention. The house in Fox Chapel, with the Olympic size pool in the back yard. I would bet that that pool is heated (with natural gas), and with the size of it, it more likely uses more energy to heat a pool that probably doesn't even get swimmed in, than it would to heat any average W. PA house (in the Allegheny Valley where the common people would live).
