CHICAGO JUDGE ORDERS CITIZENS TO 'LISTEN TO AIR AMERICA AND LEARN FROM ITS WISDOM' And the wisdom is thus:
1. Spend money you don't have.
2. When anyone objects, sue.

Were they actually back on the air in Chicago yesterday?
I haven't seen any reports....maybe they had a hard time finding anyone who might have heard the broadcast!

The block commander will 'tour' the neighborhood periodically, to help citizens tune their radios to 'politically productive' programming. Please accommodate him in this most important Party task.

Here is a simple question.
Station owners get their funds from advertisers and pay for good shows like Hanity, Boortz, Rush, and others.
If Air America has to PAY to get their show on the air dosen't that make them just one long "PAID POLITICAL ANNOUNCEMENT"?

I especially like the 3 free condoms with every check. Presumably to be used after the check bounces er, clears?

You might have just hit upon something that can be taken all the way to a FEC victory for a resourceful political group. When Nader appeared on O'Franken, wouldn't that be a paid advertisement? If any politician up for election appears, won't that be a paid advertisement. Damn good call. I might write up a vanity post on FR about this, I'll give you credit for recognizing the situation for what it is.
In fairness, Nader probably had no idea that ErrAmerikka was paying for broadcast time on their first day on the air, but there is no further chance at plausible denialability after this Liu press conference.
