Did you inform them that you had a conflict of interest since the Commission was investigating issues you have direct participation in.

Did the DNC, or any other Democrat Party organization, such as Moveon.org, contact you to discuss or influence the direction the 9-11 Commission was taking? To discuss who and how to call witnesses? What questions to ask various witnesses?

Has there been any contact between you and Democratic staffers or elected officials from the US House or Senate discussing how to influence the 9-11 Commission?

Has there been any contact with members of the News media where you have provided background briefings of what the Commission was doing and what it was planning?

Commissioner, give the clearly prejudicial comments made to the News Media by you PRIOR to all testimony being gathered, don't you think you owe the American People an apology for interjecting partisanship into the Commissions important business?

If the Department of Justice was the lead agency in counter-terrorism during the Clinton Administration and you were the Deputy Attorney General in the Justice Dept, what possessed you to believe that you could serve on a Commission looking into the years and events leading up to 9-11? At the very least, your presence on the commission is a distraction. For the Country and for the integrity of the Commission you should step down and make yourself available for interrogation.

You were a major player in Counter-terror policy. You can not and must not continue to serve on this commission. Had you been forthcoming about your role in the Clinton Administration, you would have never been in the position to be the interrogator. Your misrepresentations have created this entire scandal. The people deserve better than this. This isn't about you, this is about the truth. You should step down and testify. In addition, the Commission's vetting process and your responses to their questions should be made public to see if you willfully misled the commission.
