It appears today AirBag America has ceased transmissions on their Los Angeles and Chicago stations! Those of you who predicted a quick demise seem to know what you were talking about. Here are the Dead Pool predictions from now until the end of July!

There was a day when Drudge had the Jesse Jackson love child story ready to post and some FReeper hacked his site and posted a link.

JR got all over the FReeper, but I imagine it hacked off Drudge.

I just heard that the whole thing is going down due to lack of viable content. From what I heard there is an engineering issue involving broadcast bandwith with little or no substance. It seems that the problem has something to do with not being able to get the signal to punch through air due to lack of mass. Have a nice life as you watch your liberal drivel being sucked into the inky void right along side your political relativism. I think Rush Limbaugh is still on the air if you get bored eating your granola bars and soy milk.

I had a few battles over this with some of the people who run/participate in the weekly live Drudge FR threads. In particular, lainie and dorben.

It should be noted that both lainie and dorben are frequent participants at the antifreeper "Libertypost" site. If you don't know what Libertypost is, recently Jim went over there to talk to them because they had been demanding it (it has a lot of exiled FReepers). They made the most disgusting and despicable comments to him while he was there. I posted them on another thread but can't remember whichone it was.

"Air America Radio is temporarily unable to be heard on WNTD in Chicago and KBLA in Los Angeles, but Chicago and Los Angeles listeners can still hear our broadcast on the web at airamericaradio.com and on XM Satellite Radio (channel 167).

"MultiCultural Radio Broadcasting's conduct in this matter has been disgraceful. To shut off a broadcast that listeners rely on without warning and in the middle of discussions is the height of irresponsibility and a slap in the face of the media industry. In addition, it is a clear violation of their contractual obligations, and we are seeking legal remedies against them in court."
