Well, then, so much for OVERSIGHT, eh?! No wonder Kerry (sic) left the intell committee last year. The press should have some questions for him, too.

MSNBC is on the air for one purpose only. To give aid and comfort to the democrats. When the election is over, the plug will be pulled on MSNBC.

Kerrey is indicting Clinton Admin CIA--it goes back to the 1996 al-Qaeda declaration of war on the US.
That event doesnt' seem to have been taken seriously by any in the Clinton Admin, because no one (CIA) apparently informed the Presidents (Clinton or Bush) about the severity of al-Qaeda.

Peach, if the dems have their way, soon we will all be in burkas and all we will have to do is our chores. I think we might as well get ahead of the game and neglect them now. Besides, when election comes, we will get really behind. I am at work and it is the most beautiful day in april in louisiana ever,,it is simply too stunning for words. And here we are, locked in this insanity.

Can you believe her description of that idiot Chris Matthews? He's getting worse from what I'm hearing.
I think he literally went insane last week and may never regain his senses.
To: OldFriend
They obviously got the poll results from her testimony last week - let me guess - through the roof? And for Mr. Bush? Through the roof?
Yep.

I usually listen more than I watch, but so far Tenet's facial expressions are the best thing about this hearing. He's laughing at Lehman's attempts to suck up and grandstand as well.

Even people at the DU (Depressing Underground) are getting annoyed by his argumentiveness.

MSNBC is on the air for one purpose only. To give aid and comfort to the democrats. When the election is over, the plug will be pulled on MSNBC. That wouldn't surprise me, since you could shoehorn most of M$NBC's talking heads into the post-market close CNBC slots. And GE has long been frustrated that nighttime/weekend CNBC has never taken off. Yet I doubt Gates wants to lose his mouthpiece...

Is it just me or does Tenet look like Richardson in appearance?

The only people watching MSNBC are Republicans trying to see what the other side is saying.
If Republicans would turn off that station their 470,000 viewerhip would go under 100,000.
I am much happier ignoring MSNBC completely.

DU is in over their heads. Tenet and Lehman are fencing now about the dysfunctionality (is that a word?) of the Agency. Well, duh. Sigh. iscommission, however.

I meant to add that I'm not going to trust any fixes coming from this commission, however.

These hearings about pre 9/11 intel do not help and in fact deters our current efforts in the war on terror. These hearings should be closed to the public. It is mearly to stroke the egos of the quagmire mongers in the press and those seeking to re-write history and cover their arses.
