Kerrey is indicting Clinton Admin CIA--it goes back to the 1996 al-Qaeda declaration of war on the US.
That event doesnt' seem to have been taken seriously by any in the Clinton Admin, because no one (CIA) apparently informed the Presidents (Clinton or Bush) about the severity of al-Qaeda.

If Clinton gets damaged too badly, Hillary will get laughed right out of the election process for President, and they know it.
