One of the great questions we conservatives face is how to get our elected leaders to play the same kind of hardball politically the leftists do.
To: swilhelm73
That is not the question. The question is how do we neutralize the RATmedia's 24/7 campaign of LIES. Until that question is answered we can do nothing but play catch-up.

Yet the White House has been seemingly surprised by how politically charged the hearings have been. Only in the authors dreams.....

Freep the 9-11 Commission. Get Gorelick off the commission.
To: swilhelm73
The aptly named Gorelick has been a thorn in our sides the past couple of weeks. There's no question this woman is a partisan hack. Republicans always get burned by trying to be too nice and fair.

To: swilhelm73
Why is anybody surprised that "the White House" (ie, the very highest level Republicans) failed to anticipate Democrat politicization of this commission. Democrats ALWAYS politicize everything, and Republican leaders NEVER learn that Democrats politicize. Why do our leaders have to be so damned naive????

I just wrote a "Letter to the Editor" at my local newspaper. Only time will tell if they publish it.
To: swilhelm73
With a name like Jammie Gore-lick'r who would think she is a partisan RAT ?
To: swilhelm73
The Republicans will ask her to testify.
She'll say "No."
The Republicans will apologize for asking.

One of the great questions we conservatives face is how to get our elected leaders to play the same kind of hardball politically the leftists do. It'll never happen. We conservatives have a sense of fair play, plus morals, which puts us at a distinct disadvantage.

Bob Kerrey, too...he vouched for
Clarke's credibility despite his
tell-all book & virtually offered
him a job, passed on Sean's tape
of Clinton(bin Laden offer) & was
horribly biased against Condi.
Disgraceful.

I have no problem with partisan hacks, as long as you have hacks from both parties to keep things balanced.
The problem with Gorelick is not her partisan bias. The problem is that she has strong ties to some of the people who are (or should be)being investigated.

Gore-lick was planted on that commission by the dnc because the clinton sleaze has alot to protect in their past inactions ... which Gore-lick was a big part of. I wonder, do you suppose Gore-lick asked goreghoul anything about his failure to put any teeth in the commission he headed to strengthen airline security, security that improved not one wit while gorelick serviced that administration? Of course not! The dnc set out to play political games from the outset ... they don't give a damn about securing America or fighting terrorism, if it hampers their efforts to regain power over US. dnc power is all that the democrat commission members were there to improve, not our ability to fight terrorists better. The criminal enterprise dnc cares about as much about citizens getting killed by terrorists as they care about babies in the womb. NADA

SHE should be investigated! SHE should be tesifying under oath! But then, oaths mean zero to democrats ... truth is fungible to democrats.

Quit putting weak, spineless pinheads on Commissions like wimpy Gov. Kean and even wimpier Slade Gorton (or is it Slate Gordon...doesn't matter - he's a wuss).
