When the US Senate voted on impeacing Billy Bubba, The Senate voted on removal of Billy Bubba from office, the House voted to impeach him. Think of impeachment as a Grand Jury indictement, but the Senate is the trial jury (and The Chief Justice let them be the Judge as well).
