I wonder if our intel has corroborated this Iranian defector's stories. If true, it's time to put the hammer down on the second in the axis of evil.....
To: truthandlife
This is not surprising consider that the Iranian overlords stand to lose if democracy every gets a foothold in Iraq. I'm sure they consider that $70m a month pretty cheap insurance...after all, it's not their money anyway, it's from the "general fund". You know, roads crumbling, hospitals without Rx, schools w/o books, that kind of thing.

yeah I remember when we were helping their enemy Iraq. Its a taste of our own medicine. We should have done Iran in 1979 instead of later stoking their war with Iraq but then, we had Carter for president.

Considering how inept, ineffective and short their "revolution" is turing out to be, the Iranian Mullahs should ask for their money back. Seems they bought a defective product with their $70 million a month.

I posted on another thread a few minutes ago ...
We are at war with Iran and the battlefield is Iraq.
I have been waiting for this to happen. The Mullah's in Iran know we are coming for them and they are fighting for their lives. They won't hesitate to reduce the whole of Iraq to a festering Lebanon in order to achieve their ends.
We are going to have to deal with them.

Nobody wants to report on the missing money that fell into the U.N. pit from the Iraqi oil for food program. That's probably why it only cost Iran $70 million a month. When will we find out who at the UN profited from the oil from food program? Why aren't the ACLU and the Democrats and the 9/11 widows demanding this information be released?
To: White Eagle
Ive spoken with liberals on the subject of the UN oil for food scandal. They call it pure right wing propaganda.

Wow, this is good, really good. Score an intelligence coup for WND.
It shows what we'll be dealing with starting Monday.

Yeah, Monday, because the mainstream media will want to put it into their terms so the SHeeple will understand.

News stories we'd like to see:
"In Iran, a large truckbomb exploded outside of the foreign ministry in downtown Tehran Sunday. 17 people were killed and over 30 injured, including Iran's Foreign Affairs Minister Kamal Kharrazi.
No on has yet claimed responsibility."

We do need to launch a massive air campaign against Iran, while arming the MANY government opposition groups inside Iran. The Iranian government opposition in that country is a lot more trust worthy and pro American than any of the idiots in Iraq.

It's imperative that Iran crush America's military now. They cannot afford our presence in this terror center. We must therefore prevail. Support our troops and W.

We need to pick either Syria or Iran, then start massing armour on their border. Looks like Iran has volunteered.

The best defense is a good offense: The Administration needs to lay out the Iran/Al-Sadr connection simply, quickly, and with enough evidence to prove its case. Then we need to move up the "Kick Ass In Iran" timeline....

It should come as no surprise that Iran supports the Shias. It should also come as no surprise that Syria and Saudi Arabia are allies of the Sunnis. They share a common religion and ieological view. All the Muslims share a common hostility to Israel and the Jewish faith. All this was known before the war, so what else is new? The Kurds are our only natural friends in Iraq, but they cause trouble in our relations with Turkey. We will be hard pressed to get out with any semblance of democracy in Iraq. In fact, mob rule, is all we can expect. The Shias win.
