VANITY: I'll Make an FR Donation for Everyone Who Pledges to Boycott MSNBC

I've been driven to post my first vanity by the out and out disgusting behavior of Chris Matthews and Don Imus. Matthews gave full rein today to 4 9/11 widows spouting conspiracy theories...he even said that VP Cheney should be given sodium pentathol before his Commission testimony. Imus has become unwatchable. He has gone far beyond humor in his insults of President Bush - far beyond.
So, here's the deal... the only way we can hurt MSNBC's ratings is by boycotting them ourselves. I'm willing to donate 25 cents to FR for every boycott pledgee on this thread - my maximum is $50, but so is my minimum!
I'm hoping that others might be willing to match my donations. How about it guys? I would love to wake up in the morning and find at least a hundred pledges.

He lacks dignity and decorum which is why he does not recognize those wonderful traits in President Bush or Dr. Rice. Chrissy doesn't have to like President Bush and he can vote for Kerry
What TICKS me off is his over the line comments he makes and if a guest doesn't agree with him he just dismisses them
And he ALWAYS compares real life with some movie from Hollywood
Chrissy is an arrogant jerk

I pledge to boycott MSNBC. Of course, I don't bother with cable and only get one broadcast channel and don't watch that. I'll watch Foxnews at the gym when working out...but other than that, I'm partisan media free.

after Scarborough chose to have his "friend" Commissioner Roemer on tonight, it's easy ! Ole Joe was the last and only show I'd watch there.

I'm saying as a group , not all. Baby Boomers are the worst generation this country has ever produced. I say that with no joy. I say that because it happens to be undeniably true. EVERY Generation has it's share losers (including X'ers) .. and you need to be careful lumping a generation into one group.
It's just my piece of advice .. you can take it or leave it :0)

God, please have mercy on us, A big Amen to that! And please have mercy on our troops who I firmly believe are in more grave danger now thanks to the reckless, evil of the left in this country with this so called commission.

To: Mo1; All
Bill Clinton, Hillary, Kerry, Gore, Chris Matthews, Ben-Veniste, Kerrey, Gorelick, Roemer, Pelosi, Daschle, Dean, Jesse Jackson??, Harvey Weinstein, Carville, Begala, McAulliffe, Richard Clarke, Peter Jennings, Reno, Dowd, Herbert, Streisand, Sean Penn,Oliver Stone,Tim Robbins and I could go on forever.
I'd say--Most of the people most actively committing treason and wiping their a$$es with the country are Boomers. I'm not making it up. It just is.
To: faithincowboys
I don't disagree with you on those people and more .. but they do not represent ALL of the Boomers
Get the point??

Stop denying it .. they nearly brought the country down in the 60s and they are reprising that destructive role again now. I say it with no joy. I weep about it. Not all Boomers, just like not all muslims are the problem. Unfortunately, the good muslims and good boomers are overwhelmed by the ferocity and frequency of the despicable acts perpetrated by some.
