Yes there will "Iraqi's" trying to kill Americans. They will probably be Iranian mullah sponsored and they are trying everything in their power to make sure June 30th doesn't happen, with you in the rear cheering them on, IMO.

I'm sorry you are incorrect. The army was a conscript army. There is no "army" there. There was no retreat. It melted away voluntarily. What you have is a country without organization that is full of weapons from 35 years of dictatorship. In this power vacuum you have factions that see this as an opportunity. It is a dangerous area that needs our forces to stabilize the country so it doesn't become another Iran. That country showed what Democratic leadership under Carter could do.
I'm not jumping your case. Just stating facts. There was a recent article in the National Review online (I think that's where it was) that clarified this. They have many articles that might help inform you on this topic.
