Just came home from the hospital for a little break. Mom's surgery went well. She has had a few problems post-op (low blood pressure, slow to get the anesthesia out of her system, electrolytes out of whack again) but overall, she's doing fairly well. She has lost a good bit of blood in the last week or so, so they are giving her tranfusions today.
Thanks to each and every one of you for your prayers, kind messages and positive thoughts. Prayer truly does work. She will be hospitalized for another week or so, as long as there are no further complications.

Thanks so much for the update. Sure sounds a lot better than a couple of weeks ago. After all the stress you have been under be sure and take care of yourself as well.
