Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that Your hand continues to bless us, not by merit of our own, but by Your grace and mercy. We praise You this day, Gracious God, that our precious sons and daughters remain committed to liberty and freedom, even as they know that the blood of comrades has been spilled on foreign soil. How blessed we are that they have willingly gone forth, that others might live ... that our beloved homeland would be secure. Grant success in their mission, O God, and safety in their tasks, for noble and just is their cause. May there be a special blessing upon their families, for they live with terror hidden in their heart, unto the day when their loved ones return safely. Let the enemy be crushed and rendered incapable forevermore, that our young ones would return to their waiting loved ones. May it be thus, Merciful Father.

Keep us vigilant where we are ... may we be graced with wisdom and discernment ... may we act with haste when things are amiss ... confound and confuse the enemy into multiple errors, that our cities and highways and commerce continue to thrive. Grant wisdom and abilities to Homeland Security in their task, that they be successful. Let us not waver from our mission, but help us to defeat the enemy, else we will perish as a free people. If conviction will not come to those whose mouths spew words of comfort to the enemy, silence them, O God, for they seek after other gods and not the God of Truth. Draw Your people into earnest prayer ... bring others to Yourself, for real is the battle that wages over the soul of this nation. Let not our prayers be hindered by those who would silence the voice of believers, but look with mercy upon us, and deliver us, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...
