US Promises to Punish Those Responsible for Gruesome Iraq Attacks

The top U.S. official in Iraq says Wednesday's gruesome attacks on four American civilians whose burned bodies were put on display in the town of Fallujah will not go unpunished.

"It's going to be deliberate, it will be precise and it will be overwhelming," U.S. General Mark Kimmitt said, speaking to reporters in Baghdad. He warned insurgents in the town of Fallujah to be prepared for U.S. forces to strike back following Wednesday's killing of four American contractors by a frenzied mob that dragged their charred bodies through the streets.

Televised footage of the act has provoked outrage from Americans in the United States and led U.S. administrator in Baghdad Paul Bremer to issue a warning.

"Their deaths will not go unpunished," he promised.

The White House blamed the attacks on supporters of Saddam Hussein. The remains of the four were to be turned over to the U.S. military.

A day after the attack, three American soldiers were injured in another attack near Fallujah, this time when their Humvee struck a roadside bomb.

That stolen tanker is worrisome. Combined with missing uniforms and emergency response gear leads me to believe that, again, the next attack will happen in waves or phases, each designed to magnify the effect of the next event.

We do them a favor and they hate us for it. Great. Maybe we should just have leveled every city in Iraq and left them to clean it up on their own.

Yes that would create a power vacuum and, yes, another despot would take power, but if the present despot remembered what happened to his predecessor, he'd walk lightly around the US.

One of the last jakel images showed an uninjured bird flying away from NYC. The rest of the image, if I remember correctly, showed the destruction of NYC including deceased victims of- whatever attack- wearing gasmasks.

By all accounts, the oil corruption should bring this organization to an end. However, this story has been brewing for some time now and still relatively few know of it or pay attention to it.

Yup. What it all boils down to is that we are civilized and won't harm their women and children. They, however, will murder and mutilate us all just as soon as look at us. Ultimately, the military mantra of handling them with kid gloves just isn't going to cut it. Four more burned American contractor bodies found today. Tomorrow is another day.

While al Qaida Related Terror Site Goes Down,
another Yahoo Group advises Muslims to waste FBI Time and Resources

 

     An Internet  group administered by Yahoo where as long ago as Dec. 2003 Islamic militants discussed the possibility of a terrorist attack designed to affect the Spanish general election has closed.


 

     In a March 2004 Agence France Press (AFP) story, the news agency reported that Britain's Channel 4 News revealed that a Dec. 10 posting on Yahoo's 6,500 member strong Global Islamic Media (GIM), which had previously carried statements purporting to be from Al-Qaeda affiliates, suggested that attacks could help bring about a Socialist election victory and the withdrawal of Spain's troops from Iraq.

 

    According to Channel 4 News, the GIM posting was issued under the name of the Centre for Services to the Mujahideen and read, "The approaching general elections in Spain in March next year must be exploited to the extreme. We think that the Spanish government will not stand more than two blows, or three at the most, before it will be forced to withdraw (from Iraq) because of the public pressure on it. If its forces remain after these blows, the victory of the Socialist party will be almost guaranteed, and the withdrawal of Spanish forces will be on its campaign manifesto."

 

     After the bombings, which killed 200 people and injured 1,500, Spain's conservative party was defeated.  Spain's new Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero who criticized President George W. Bush for the Iraq campaign, is withdrawing the country's troops shortly.

 

     It is not clear why GIM is no longer available, but a written statement referring to Yahoo's Terms of Service the company's Director of Communication Mary Osako Sr said that those wishing to use Yahoo Groups "agree to not use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. When notified of content that may be in violation of our Terms of Service, we are committed to reviewing each report and taking appropriate action, generally within 24 hours."

 

     While GIM is off line, there are still a number of other Islamic groups hosted by Yahoo. One is titled "Secure Islam - Learn Islam and Jihad." A recent post (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/secureislam/message/1257 ) tells Muslims to "be suspicious" and "successfully neutralize the FBI."

 

     Praising the efforts of "dedicated Muslims," the writer explained that their work in the United States is "successfully crimping the efforts of the FBI to monitor us and strip us of our remaining civil liberties."

         The writer said that every Muslim who can has the duty to "be suspicious" and consequently force U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft to "waste valuable time and resources looking down yet another useless trail."

 

        The writer advised Muslims during the upcoming summer to "visit famous bridges and national monuments, bring along almanacs wherever you travel, and be sure to plan travel routes to pass near to nuclear power plants and any other critical facilities. You and your kids will get both an education in America AND a fun time traveling while the goons of Ashcroft and Ridge waste their time monitoring you."

 

         It is also a good idea, the writer continued, for Muslims to use words like "bomb" in their e-mails and telephone calls.  He concluded, "The more the merrier. This is jihad, and it shows that Muslims and Muslimahs need not be faceless victims of discrimination, but can indeed strike back against Dajjal Bush and his minions in a meaningful and perfectly lawful way."

 

     Quoting from an Associated Press (AP) story

     The AP story read in part, "The number of secret surveillance warrants sought by the FBI has increased 85 percent in the past three years, a pace that has outstripped the Justice Department's ability to quickly process them. Even after warrants are approved, the FBI often does not have enough agents or other personnel with the expertise to conduct the surveillance. The FBI still is trying to build a cadre of translators for conversations intercepted in such languages as Arabic, Pashto and Farsi."

Determine when most people attend the mosques in all US cities. Surround them and seal them off. Remove the participants to temporary; secure shelter. Purge the mosques of weapons.)

All Muslims living in this country should be isolated and guarded until further notice. This may save cities and countless American lives. We're still involved in a WAR and this is not the time or place for political correctness. Round them up, treat them nice and increase our level of safety immensely. If they are unhappy with this, let them leave the country.
