This morning 8-9pm, Boston WRKO, the Peter and Scotto program, who asked Kerry first about BOTOX. Anyone else heard it this morning? It was incredible!!!
The host scotto was fired on the air, I assumed.
Apparently, the RKO station management had a meeting yesterday about the direction of their radio and they are nervous about the launch of liberal radio. Apparently, the management wanted hosts to turn more to the left.
Apparently, they also sent out a memo out on this.
I heard Scotto was unhappy about the meeting and the memo. He talked openly about this. Then some audio was cut off. Then I heard Scotto protested on the air. I heard some man said in the background "Fired! Fired!".
The producer came to the microphone and argued with Scotto on the air. The producer said he just called Scotto's wife and "it's done". Scotto was mad hearing this. The open argument continued on the air before 8:30am. He continued the program till 9am.
I assumed Scotto was fired.
Apparently, the next talk program by Pat has also changed host. As I listened this morning, the conservative Pat was no longer the host.
Today is April 1. But this seems to be real!

Scarborough now has that resident liberal offering the left side of every issue and now his Democrat guests out number the Republicans two to one. I think that they are trying to kill his show. Sounds like Hardball or Larry King's proportions. King had Dianne Feinstein, Jane Harman and Christopher Shays--perhaps the biggest weenie RINO in Congress. And HE was supposed to be balance for the lefties.

"just report what i heard this morning on 4/1/2004"
It should read:
"just report what I heared"

I noticed this last night. He had one panel that had Gen. Clark, Carl Bernstein, Kristina Van DenHouvel(s) from the Nation and one person from the Ameircan Spectator. It was a 3-1 liberal-fest, with Scaraborough just listening to the lies. He didn't even refute them. I almost fired off a letter because of the bias.

I think "fighted" just joined "series" in the world of Freeper English Language Screwup Distinction.

Yeah, with formulas like that, Scarborough won't last long on MSNBC. He will lose his audience. Too bad. Pat Buchanan has been one of his guests on the right side often, and Pat just doesn't do a real good job either. The other night, Scarborough was agreeing with Madelaine Albright.

I guess we should e-mail Scarborough, tell him that he has lost his audience.

Apparently, the RKO station management had a meeting yesterday about the direction of their radio and they are nervous about the launch of liberal radio. Didn't these morons listen to Stuart Smalley's maiden program yesterday? What the hell are they nervous about?
