MISSILE DEFENSE: UBL wasn't only threat left by Clinton / Gore (REMEMBER Cox & Dicks)
Clinton / Gore Legacy | 4/1/04 | self

It appears the liberals are intent on attempting to savage Condoleeza Rice for daring to contemplate the need for our country to defend itself against incoming nuclear missiles from Red China, North Korea or other rogue nations.

As is the case it is important to remember that terrorism isn't the only destructive force that the Clinton / Gore administration left the country immune to. Recall that prior to their term in office China could not launch a missile successfully and their missiles could not reach the west coast of the United States. By the time the Clintons left office, however, they'd allowed serious transfers of sensitive missile staging & guidance technologies to be turned over to the Red Chinese in exchange for campaign contributions (ie Buddhist Monks) that were ultimately traced back to the head of Chinese Military Intelligence.

These circumstances were all highlighted in the Cox & Dicks report which I hope others will follow by posting links too lest our liberal brethren proceed in the smearing of the good Dr's name & their best efforts for the US voting populace to forget one of the greatest & most seriously deadly scandals of the Clinton / Gore era. With China now able & previously threatening to target the west coast of the US with nuclear missiles, the foolish Albright policies of turning a blind eye and actually facilitating the ability of North Korea to build nuclear bombs, their historical tendencies to share such advancements, I suggest missile defense was an essential part of post Clinton / Gore era policy, in light of rogue nations, like North Korea, as a member of the axis of evil, in their determination to thwart or attack the United States.

I also recall that during the entire year that led up to the decision to knock down Iraq, there were many who said, "What about N. Korea?" Of course they never really wanted to do anything however, it would seem that a missile defense might not be such a bad thing to have when dealing with the "What about N. Korea?" question.

you are right! and to think Madeline Albright, in testimony just last week before the 9/11 commission, was actually lamenting the Bush Administration for not continuing nor furthering her "policy" of giving the North Koreans nuclear technology + materials in exchange for our "security".

The Cox & Dicks report (named after Christopher Cox and Norm Dicks, chairmen of the special committee) laid out the ties between Chinese Military Intelligence, contributions to the Clinton / Gore re-election campaign and the transfer of top secret nuclear missile guidance & staging technologies to Red China by Loral and other DNC front companies. Look here for further info ...
