George Smith - Clarke Expose' (ZOT!!! Minor League Troll Sent Down from Majors)

I just got done reading the Village Voice piece on Clarke by George Smith. Smith, a faithful democrat, is being widely quoted as a Clarke detractor by those made uncomfortable by Clarke's book and testimony.
The thing is, the criticism Smith made of Clarke was done over a year ago and was on the subject of cyberterrorism -- not the sort of terrorism that brought down the world trade buildings.
Smith is a pundit on cybersecurity. His thoughts on Clarke are taken out of context in time and subject by those desperately seeking some means to rescue the Bush campaign's "Ah'm a war president" stance.

I just got done reading the Village Voice piece on Clarke by George Smith.And afterwards - even with your busy schedule - took time to register at FR today just to post your opinion.
