MEXICO CITY (AP) -- Viacom is in preliminary discussions to launch a gay cable network in the United States, the media giant's chairman and chief executive said Tuesday.

Yeah, well, good luck.  They've deliniated such a narrow audience who's needs are already well served.  Home and Garden, Food Network, QVC, Lifetime, and Oxygen already have plenty of programing for those types.

Redstone is a money slut that will do anything to make a buck. He only has 10 billion, so he must search for more....I remember in my (and his) hometown, he was worth 100 million in 1972. He is not a queer, he just sees a big market for queers, and he is probably right. There is a big market for cocaine too, but too risky for him:)

Ellen DeGeneres and Rosie O'Donnell are a couple of good ole' gals trying to outsmart the law in "The Dykes of Hazzard".

Good, somewhere to put ice skating and gymnastics. Frees up ABC to bring back the Wide World of Sports with the cliff diving, and survival of the fittest (one of my favorites as a kid), and ski jumping.

It probably will be a basic cable channel, even while EWTN is probably not even a choice from many cable companies.

Do people actually KNOW what homosexuals do?

If the mass media ever reports what actually happens in the act of such wicked sodomy, then '### popularity' will probably drop to -3406 on a scale of 1 to 10.

There already is one. It's called BRAVO.

NBC is about half-way there also but it may not count because I believe they are co-owned.

To receive it you will need a special cable box with only male connectors.

Tightening up the decency standards? I think I would rather have kids watching Janet flashing her tits than two guys kissing each other.
