We don't need to allow this thread to be hijacked. This thread isn't about doctor's credentials, previous therapies, or whether or not Terri is in a persistent vegetative state. Can we just ignore the people who are trying to derail this thread?

This thread is in breaking news because mysterious hypodermic puncture wounds on Terri's arms are being investigated as a possible crime. It's relevant that in the past few weeks Terri was found (by her parents) to be missing first one tooth, and then a few days ago a second tooth. She was found in the past few weeks to have a pressure wound. Several weeks ago she was having a mysterious episode of vomiting, which is life-threatening to someone on a feeding tube.

Terri's parents haven't been able to get any response from the nursing or medical staff as to the cause of the missing teeth, the vomiting, or the pressure sore. Michael Schiavo has ordered that no medical information be provided to Terri's parents, despite an earlier court order that they be provided all medical information. Yesterday Judge Greer dismissed the Schindler's contempt motion that would have forced Michael to comply with the earlier court order.

Something is happening to Terri in this nursing home, and it may be coming to a head with this criminal investigation.

Good post. We need to stay on track with this developing information.

I've contacted the Clearwater police, but could only leave a voice message. They seem to be allowing Michael to lead the investigation. They should suspend his visiting rights until they get to the bottom of the missing teeth, bed sores, puncture wounds. Obviously, Terri's parents couldn't have cause the missing teeth or the bed sores and they are supervised on their visits to Terri.

Allowing Michael unfettered access to Terri is like letting the fox guard the hen house.

Further, we are doing sign protests at Park Place Assisted Living every day starting at 5:00 pm. TONIGHT WE START. Something's not right. Greer denies the Schindler's Contempt Motion against Michael, Michael finds five puncture wounds but there's no substances in Terri's labs, Felos blames the parents, Clearwater PD investigate. Michael cuts off visitation until the PD is done. We have trolls who will be unsuccessful in hijacking this thread.

Is it possible that someone is pulling her teeth hoping that she would develop an infection from the open wound in her mouth? Her teeth don't get brushed, would be a breeding ground for bacteria.

About that bed sore, do her parents know for sure it's a bed sore or could it be something else? It could be caused by any number of intentional abuses and one such has been bothering me all afternoon. Could it be a burn? I wouldn't put it past someone who wanted to cause her intentional harm and then sit back while it gets infected and not allow medical treatment.
