Is it possible that someone is pulling her teeth hoping that she would develop an infection from the open wound in her mouth? Her teeth don't get brushed, would be a breeding ground for bacteria.

You know how painful dry sockets are when a tooth is pulled? Or, they could be going to a gum disease which could actually cause a heart infection. But two teeth? I bet the police aren't investigating that. That's got to fall under physical abuse and/or neglect.
