Just wanted to post pictures of my new Baby Girl!
My wife was found to be suffering from Preeclampsia and the baby didn't have much amniotic fluid (would up even less!). Early delivery (32 weeks)was an absolute must for both Mommy and Baby.
Baby and Mommy are doing great!
Anna Elizabeth was born approximately 1:30 PM via C-section and weighs 3 lbs 11 oz.
Praise the Lord for the strenght he have us all and most especially to Baby Anna. Anna will get to come home when she reaches 4.5 lbs and is eating properly.
The Dr. is already backing off on the oxygen, as she is breathing very well on her own.
And the proud daddy with Baby Anna!

WOOHOO to you and Mrs. Batt!
My twin nieces were six weeks early when they came along in January - one just under four pounds, one just under five. I can't remember how long they were in the hospital, but I'm sure they were home before two weeks were up.
They'll be home squalling and killing your sleep patterns before you know it!

That is a FABULOUS shot! How'd you get your subjects to sit still long enough?

Anna likes to sit up anyway - and was in the mood to. Collin is a big soft warm dog - thus she was happy there.
Collin was happy until Anna squirmed a bit and started making noise....

I am one bad, bad dude. I've been where you are.
Please know that the tears have come to my eyes as a result of your post, and especially your pictures.
My opinion and my prayer is that Mom and Baby will be fine.
To: jwalsh07
"Thank the good Lord your daughter looks like Momma." Where'd you steal that?
It's like the flip side of Blues.
To: Snowy
Hey Snowy; your dancing paper clib quip is cute.
I think I like you.
To: TheBattman
Congratulations!
Giving birth is the most incredible experience of my life. There are no words to describe it. If possible I would want to relive that moment over and over again.
