Jim Angle on Fox saying that the tapes were classified as 'background' by the WH and then released with their permission because, as Angle says, "No administration wants to be spoken for by a low-level individual."

Ben Visnesti(sp) is a snake! a snide, sarcastic, snake. And Armitage is smart as a whip not to answer his questions, because Vinesti is laying traps. He ask Armitage what Dr. Rice said or did, and when Armitage says he doesn't know, Vinesti then quotes directly from Rice.
