True! Jim Angle mentioned to Linda Vester that he had gone back to the WH recently to get clearance of this Clarke session, and said that the WH didn't recollect off the top that this session took place but gave him the go-ahead.

only if he states he never said differently. Since he was not under oath the first time he can say he was lying then but not now while he is under oath. HOWEVER, I bet he has testifed in closed session congressional hearings before, I wonder if he was under oath then.

I can only imagine the look on Clark's face when he was told this came out today.
I bet the words "OH Fuuuuuuuuuuuudge" were heard.

Switzerland doesn't border Germany.Your're right. My Bad. That country should be marked "Canada".

Your number was the best one. A live person answered my number in my other post to you but didn't want to listen and switched me to the same answering machine I got from your phone number.
I had my husband call, too.
Re your question: I'd think it would be perjury if Clarke is caught in a lie. SHouldn't be difficult for the panel to do if they've done their homework.

No one.
I heard on RUSH that FOX had the tape and they contacted the WH to make sure they could release it.

"Another number for CBS: 212-975-4321"
I called this number and the operator gave me the number direct to 60 Minutes (212-975-2006). For some reason, when I called, the line was busy!

This one is going to tough to deny and discredit because Clarke is on tapeNo, not really, it is already being done by the complicit media. Don't expect the commission to go after this guy either. Not the way WE would. If Clinton and his minions can SPIN, lying under oath, lying to his cabinet and lying to the AMERICAN PUBLIC, which by the way is ALL ON TAPE. Then this will be a piece of cake.
As I said before this commission's report will at best be a wash and blame both administrations equally OR at worst, blame the BUSH administration. If it is a WASH, the media will report that it was the MOST non-partisan commission in History. If they blame the BUSH adminsitration it will be considered the MOST BI-PARTISAN commission in history.

er...actually, Switzerland DOES share a border with Germany.
That CNN map omits Austria and the Czech Republic between Switzerland and Poland.

Kerry's press aides have been peddling Clarke's nonsense for days. They are not innoculated. They climbed in the sewage with Clarke. We got em.

But I don't think it came from the White House. Jim Angle kept the tape (how many tapes does this guy have) so it wasn't leaked. The White House gave permission because the info. was on background so it needed to be cleared. They can ask all they want but they are out of luck, just good journalism (you may have to explain that concept however, they'll just get a blank look, like they've never even heard of good journalism)
To: Socratic
That's a different number than they gave me. The one I called wasn't busy.
