I have just had a conversation with a member of the Washington press corps who attends the briefings and very often gets to ask a question.
It was a brief conversation, but he acknowledged hearing something about John Kerry and a meeting in Kansas City. He asked if I had some good background information.
He will, of course, be given Tom Lipscomb's number to call. In addition, I request that you put up on this thread your most informative links. If you can, make them from the original sources, not what appeared on FreeRepublic. Thanks for the help.
Wouldn't it be refreshing to hear a White House briefing in which a reporter raised the question about the discussion of assassinating U.S. senators by a man now running for the presidency?

I'd be pretty surprised if the Bush people don't know about this story. I have decided that the major media is never going to break it unless it is raised by a Bush person. I just figured that the Bush campaign wasn't ready to break it yet.

I don't understand. Why in the world would you want to put anyone in the Bush admin. on the spot by having some reporter ask a question about this particulia Kerry matter ? The bulk of the White House Press Corps is in the business of embarrassing President Bush,so why give them the ammunition? The only possible answers the Bush admin. could give would be the "I don't know anything about that" or the "We don't deal in rumors" one.

It isn't important to expect an answer from the Bush Administration on that question. It is more important to publicly ask it in front of Kerry sycophants while the whole nation is watching.

I have been searching for those old communist documents that were released during the Clinton administration that detailed the Kremlin spying in this country, and how they funded the anti-war movement in the US. If anyone has a link to those documents, I think it would be helpful, as well.
