KFOR and UN are the same thing, KFOR is under the jurisdiction of the UN. I put UN in the title instead of KFOR because many people don't know what KFOR is, so it's simpler to just refer to them as the UN.

No, KFOR is not under the jurisdiction on the UN. It is under the jurisdiction of NATO. Same as IFOR/SFOR in post-Dayton BiH.

As I said, an old article is fine, and it's an interesting one. I'm glad you posted it. Just warn readers that it's old.
