Jimmy Carter, the former US president, has strongly criticised George Bush and Tony Blair for waging an unnecessary war to oust Saddam Hussein based on "lies or misinterpretations". The 2002 Nobel peace prize winner said Mr Blair had allowed his better judgement to be swayed by Mr Bush's desire to finish a war that his father had started.

The 2002 Nobel peace prize winner said Mr Blair had allowed his better judgement to be swayed by Mr Bush's desire to finish a war that his father had started. You can immediately discount any criticism that includes this line of reasoning. President Bush never said that was a motivation, indeed no evidence indicates that that was a motive. In other words, it is an emotional outburst based on mushy feelings about what is going on inside the head of someone else (which is unknowable). He might as well say Kennedy wanted to go to the moon so we could build space bases up there for his many trysts. Who's to say it isnt so?

Jimmy Carter is nothing but a spineless, impotent, embarassingly-ineffectual, gutless, socialist, moronic fool who should never have held any Gov't position higher than a paper-clip sorter for Barney Fife. Amen! Best post I've seen in a while!

Author Peter Schweizer (Reagan's War) has reported that this Carter pip-squeak [my word] consulted with our Cold War enemies on ways to oust Ronald Reagan from the White House. Clearly he's more confortable with our enemies than he is with most Americans.
And today's liberals ask, "So?"
Clearly there is no peaceful solution to our cultural war.

Kerry is going to have so many friends he wished he didn't have.

His latest comments, made during an interview at the Carter Centre in Atlanta, are notable for their condemnation of the two serving leaders. It is extremely rare for a former US president to criticise an incumbent, or a British prime ministerWHY DON'T YOU GO PLAY BASEBALL WITH YOUR BUDDY FIDEL CASTRO AND LEAVE THE IMPORTANT ISSUES TO THE REAL LEADERS
Hey Jimmy .. YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO YOUR COUNTRY!!! .... TRAITOR

Jimmy Carter, one of THE WORST presidents we have ever had, demonstrates the judgment that has won him the praise and admiration of every communist leader, petty dictator, and brutal thug in the world - and, oh yes, won him the Nobel Peace Prize. What a cretin. Jimmy, please, just go away.

Carter is a terrorist appeasing, dictator loving leftist reprobate. I can't believe I actually voted for this man. (before I woke up and became a Republican)I voted for him too, but that was the last vote I ever cast for a Democrat. He's the guy that woke me up........actually, he pretty much woke everybody up with his crappy Presidency.

Jimmy Carter is the father of Saddam's WMD program. Jimmy has a problem similar to Hans Blix's, if Saddam's weapons ever go off somewhere, these people will go down in history as curse words.
Human instinct predicates that THEY MUST say that these weapons don't exist because no one wants to go down in history as responsible for mass murder...just as the Clintonites MUST squirm out of responsibility for Bin Laden, they have blood on their hands already and the future might make their hands bloodier.

Imagine: a massive Freep of Carter's office. He should know what Americans think of attacks on the President in time of war. Good way to get more of our young guys killed.

Killer rabbit alert...
I had almost forgotten that...but whilst channel surfing I stopped on E! (the Entertainment Cable Channel). They were running a series called 'I Love the 70s (or 80s or 90s, but I digress). The year the were presently loving was 1979...hey, they were showing Steeler Superbowl clips...I HAD TO WATCH...I got hooked...when they summed up the Carter Administration the 'rabbit incident' was it. One of the 'too kewl' commentators stated 'Jimmy Carter's defense against the killer rabbit was more profound than his adminstration's defense of the Iranian hostages.' Whoa...every now and then I hear something on TV that just startles me.
To: Bubba_Leroy
I remember when then Pres Carter decided, and then just as quickly undecided, to go to war against Iran in a failed effort to rescue the hostages.
It's a "grand cause" for Pres Carter to believe in peace via appeasement. Problem is, there simply ain't no appeasing terrorists...and Saddam was one.
Bottomline, you just gotta find'em and kill'em.
No, of course Jimmy don't get it.

Dont worry, that aspect is already covered.
There is no shortage of volunteer souls willing to see to unfinished business and ensure that Jimmy Carter spends his eternity in Hell, where he belongs.
I wonder if God plans to run us in shifts, or will we draw lots, or....

Also imagine no one paying to hear him speak at their colleges, in other civic venues, or buying his books. Imagine his being snubbed by foreign leaders. Every time he opens his mouth he not only puts our US military in harm's path; but all innocent civilians in other countries, and also WOT coalition military.
