Express your feelings in a snail mail to:
Mr. Andrew Heyward, President
CBS News
524 West 57th Street
New York, NY 10019
Don't bother with e-mails. They are too easily deleted.

CBS is one of the worst of all. I can't stand to even listen to their radio news. I turn it off as soon as it comes on.

Not only that, their NCAA coverage sucks. The bias even goes thru to there. Billy Packer has his 2 or 3 favorites and to hell with everybody else. Thank only one of them is left.
And they switch coverage from a game you are intently watching to go to another game, just in time for a timeout and a commercial, and STAY there.

Obviously sour grapes on Clarkes's part. How very timely for him to write his book now and not after November. And how very thrilled and anxious CBS was to run this piece. I hope the Bush Admin will come back at this.
I, for one, sleep better at night with George W. Bush at the helm. The country (and the world) was NOT safe with Clinton and all of his personal distractions. All of this was brewing under Clinton's "watch."
Bush has done and is continuing to do what has to be done to combat this spreading terrorism......and Iraq was a part of the problem.
Terrorism is the challenge of the times and George W. Bush is the man for the job. Period.

To prove the point about CBS, Half of Dave Letterman's jokes are aimed at humiliating the President.

Go ahead and ban all the Viacom lineup. Better yet, cancel your cable and tell them why. We did.
Yesterday, I was at a friend's house, and I was channel surfing. Bravo was showing something about the Top 20 or so "sexiest" films of all time. I caught it at #2. That was Basic Instinct (I think) with Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas. They were pretty generous with their scene showing from that movie. It was rather disgusting. And then there was the analysis. At least one critic said G**D$%#@ and we're not supposed to care about that. It's not exactly a pay channel when Bravo comes as a part of a Viacom package. Sure, you can program it out, but you're still paying for it. I don't think it's right to package channels such as MTV with NickJr. But Viacom does it. Scum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, that's fair actually. I don't expect him to to critical of the admin he was part of - it's just normal, really (unless you want to sell books or something)!
CBS's omission is that they don't balance reports. Fine, put Clark and his opinion on, I have no problem with that. Just balance that with a well spoken person witha different point of view. They seldom do that, and that compromises their reputation and credibility.
As for banning channels, I don't ban CBS but when I got Tivo I purged numerous channels from my lineup - CNN, MSNBC, CNNFN, MTV, VH1, and more. Now I don't even see them while flipping channels!

Agree w/you. Don't like CBS. Unfortunately, I do like CSI which is on CBS but that's all. I even cancelled CBS Cable shows (Showtime). However, in the past weeks, I've not even viewed CSI. So, all in all, I can do without CBS and Dan Rather.

We have not only refused to watch anything on CBS for maybe two years. We have also had friends who do watch keep us informed on who advertises. We do our best to boycott those advertisers AND we write them and let them know why.
Just one small little voice in the wind, but every little bit may help.
BTW, be prepared!! I believe we will hear and see things from the socialist lefty appeasers in the coming months that will make our jaws drop!!

CBS stands for "Communist Broadcasting System". By the way, there is no television at all in this household. I gave up TV altogether at the age of 21. It's filth/lies/rot/scum/slime/garbage. Kill your television!

This will continue into November. CBS kicked off its anti-Bush campaign in January, one being a hit piece on the Ed Secretary, saying his policies in Texas were a failure. 60 Minutes/60 Minutes II have been tasked with the "responsibility". I won't hold my breath waiting for them to do a hit piece on Kerry....although I TRIPLE DOG DARE them to do so, in the interest of bi-partisanship, since they love that b-word so much.
Right, you CBS hack lurkers? Right? Hmmmm?
