It's more "political theatre" -- meaning, what this thug attempted to do is right up there with the "visiting" professor in the Claremont McKenna colleges frauduent ruse. This is a strange story. I initially thought it was ominous then as I read further it looked like the guy is a total lunatic. When I got to the part with 5 box cutters it was getting ominous again.
Now I think he could be doing pre operational testing for system weaknesses for planning .
