Take AP and Reuters to Task for Biased Coverage of "Anti-War Protests"
As expected, the AP and Reuters has shamefully failed to report the true nature of the "anti-war" protests today.
Their stories make it seem like these protestors are throngs of good faith, conscientious objectors opposed to war. They hope these stories, reported in this manner, will erode Bush and Blairs' approval ratings.
However, this is a lie. I know -- I was there.
The truth is, the protests were organized by International A.N.S.W.E.R -- a front for the WWP -- the Workers' World Party. That's right -- these events have been staged and paid for by the international socialists.
The AP and Reuters have not reported this.
These protests have been first (and foremost) Israel-bashing fests. I saw hundreds on signs in NYC that said "Free Palestine from their Zionist Oppressors."
The AP and Reuters have not reported this.
A distant second to Anti-Semitism and Israel bashing, these "rallies" were capitalism bashing fests.
The AP and Reuters have intentionally avoided printing any pictures with the socialist propaganda that was all over the place -- that must have taken some serious editing.
Finally, and a very distant third, was the usual "no war for oil" nonsense. Nothing new. But, the "anti-war" portion was not the main event -- anti-Semitic Israel bashing was.
Of course, the AP and Reuters did not report this.
This is beyond biased -- this is just plain dishonest. This is a cover-up. This is intentional propagandizing to push a leftist agenda.
And this must not stand!

I was listening on the radio...some dimwit was saying the war, "was for cheap oil!" At the time, I was driving past a filling station - $2.07 for regular.
No doubt about it - the war is a failure!
What actually impressed me was how much these idiots sounded like the protesters of '68.
My favorite, 'tho, was a guy who complained 500 latinos died last year trying to cross the border, and another million were forcibly deported...from what he described, in the next sentence, as "this hellish nightmare called America"! I don't think it occurred to him that he is stupid...

If I owned a news outlet, I'd NEVER use an AP story. I'd rather call a randonly selected taxi driver in any city to get the news than trust AP. (I have sent a comment to AP, not profane, unfortunatly)
