WASHINGTON - Army Assistant Secretary John Paul Woodley was only joking when asked why it took the Army Corps of Engineers so long to complete its new Master Manual for Missouri River management.
The corps motto, he remarked, is: "We're expensive, but we're slow."

The Corps did great work in the 30s, but it should have been disbanded after WWII. Since then it has done nothing but screw up, trash things and spend vast amounts of money.

No human beings may use any public property except scientists on tax payer funded studies, UN officals and their entourages, or the Elite...being the only humans who really know how to commune with nature...
All others will be shot on sight...their property confiscated and their homes burnt to the ground if they refuse to come out...or if we feel particulary testy that day...
