Mansoor is nothing but a disinfo lackey.

What I'd love is to get our hands on his laptop.

Negotiations with Islamics are always a ruse. Keep shooting until they drop their guns and come out with their hands over their heads.

He also predicted a flood of Iraqi scientists with knowledge of the whereabouts of the WMD's would show themselves after Saddam's capture...

Yea, i know Ijaz always has his sources...he said OBL was in Iran working a carnival or something...I like him but I think he is a walking Debka..He has a pretty good gig, makes up stuff that never comes true and gets paid for it...I'm surprised I don't see him on infomercials.

I have suspicions that Monsoor is a double agent. He may be a triple agent.

No. I didn't say Ijaz would be on the air in an hour. He just said he would have more info in about an hour.
Bush's speech will go as planned. The one year anniversary is good for our troops' morale.

I'm sure there plenty of people just a smart and just as evil as OBL, but these guys are claiming to derive their power from Allah. If they are taken down, particularly if they are taken alive, what does that mean? That's a great point. I wonder why no one in the media will make it?
I can think of one reason: fear. The members of the "punditocracy" are afraid that, by making such an obvious and devastating point, they would be in personal danger from some local islamofacist with a gun or a bomb.
I think one (of the many) reason(s) why the media is so biased against W and the US in general is they know we won't dispatch an assassin to take them out personally if they speak out against us. Not so with the other side.

He was right yesterday because he couldn't possibly have been wrong. What he basically said was as follows:
"The Pakistanis have a 'high-value target' surrounded in the mountains along the Afghan border, but the target might escape."
If you look at his track record over the last couple of years, you'll find that all of his "inside information" has the same ring to it.
"Al-Qaeda is plotting to [bomb a U.S. embassy] [kidnap U.S. diplomats] [massacre people at a shopping mall] [detonate a dirty bomb in New York City] [hijack cargo planes and crash them into government buildings in Washington] [strip naked and drink 700 cases of Labatt's Blue in 24 hours, eh?] -- but U.S. intelligence may yet prevent the attack."

For what it's worth, Col Hunt (who I like very much) told O'Reilly (who I'm not sure I like so much) last night (Thursday) that Zawahiri and several others are dead and that they are just waiting on DNA confirmation before pulling the story together to make the pronouncement. HHMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm..................

Naw. By the time the president usually speaks, the press knows everything he's gonna say. This speech will be about the War on Terror generally and, mostly, about Iraq specifically.
