Saturday Night Live could have fun with this over the course of an hour:
First Kerry bit: "I hat met with foreign leaders who support me." -- let the "press" makes jokes so that he looks foolish
Second Kerry bit: "I never said I met with foreign leaders. But I have heard from them and they support me." -- let the "press" makes jokes so that he looks foolish.
Third Kerry bit: "I reject all endorsements from foreign leaders, such foreign involvement is inappropriate." -- let the "press" makes jokes so that he looks foolish.
Three comedy sketches. spread out over a 1 hour time period. Cover the gamut and show the man for who he is.

So why shouldn't Saddaam Hussein endorse John Kerry?

What I loved was reading about David Letterman, who, last week, joked (and I'm paraphrasing):
"When pressed to reveal the names of the foreign leaders who endorse his campaign, all John Kerry could come up with was Queen Latifah."

Why make this a Saturday Night Live skit?? -- the RNC or the Bush campaign should quickly turn out precisely what you described but do it as a 30 second commercial, exposing this, his upteenth, flop/waffle.
