3 Men Questioned After Videotaping Near Refinery
POSTED: 11:30 pm EST March 17, 2004 UPDATED: 11:34 pm EST March 17, 2004
MARCUS HOOK, Pa. -- One man was being held on immigration violations after FBI agents questioned three men who were seen making videotapes of a refinery in Marcus Hook on Wednesday, NBC 10's Mike Strug reported.
The men were spotted down by the Delaware River with their video equipment and were brought in for questioning, authorities said.
A source told NBC 10 that half of the video was devoted to the Commodore Barry Bridge in Chester, followed by shots of the men driving to Marcus Hook. The rest of the videotape was of a refinery, the loading docks on the river and a tanker docking at another refinery.
It was not enough to hold the men, NBC 10 reported. Two of them were released, while the third was being held on the alleged immigration violation.
The refinery where the men were seen is one of several in the Philadelphia suburb of Marcus Hook.

We will never know where they are from if it is left to the major media to report.

It was not enough to hold the men, NBC 10 reported. If they were "religion of peace people," without a good reason to be shooting these kinds of vids, I'd say this was enough. This is war.

The terrorist success in disrupting Spainish Elections makes me give credit to the thought that they will attempt a similar event here in the US, late October.
Being Americans instead of Europeans will cause the events to have the opposite reaction among voters.
Thus is the inevitable stupidity of islamic terrorists.

They should be considered enemy combatants on a recon mission. Or spies.

Being Americans instead of Europeans will cause the events to have the opposite reaction among voters. This explains why Kerry gave the only responsible speech of his life, yesterday, when he said the Spanish should not withdraw since that is what the terrorists wanted. Biden gets it, too, he said that if it happened here, the country would rally around the President. Kerry must be worried that the terrorists would screw up what little chance he has of being elected.

It was not enough to hold the men, Why can they not be charged with conspiracy?
Throw em in jail, 48 hrs, set a high bail and charge them. Even if they are not convicted, a point will have been made.
Anyone in law enforcement can tell you that there are some people that are known to be guilty of a crime, even when they are not convicted of said crime.

I used to work as a chemical plant operator. And I can tell you this that a small bomb the the right spot will simulate a tac nuke quit effectively. And to top this off the security around them is a joke.

The fact they were caught...even with poor security as posted by someone else on this thread...leads me to believe this was the B-string working this side of the street.

Being Americans instead of Europeans will cause the events to have the opposite reaction among voters. The only way the Europeans can deal with Islamofascism is for the bomb factories in the mosque basements to start having "accidents". Otherwise, they are doomed.
