A professor who claimed she was targeted in a hate crime that stirred student protests at the Claremont colleges is suspected of staging the vandalism herself, police said Wednesday.
Kerri F. Dunn's car was vandalized and covered with racist, anti-Semitic and sexist epithets on March 9, leading faculty to cancel classes and students to stage rallies the following day.

OlLine Rebel, it looks like this story is being picked-up by CNN Headline News at this time. The science and forensics behind this case are going to be what is most interesting. Hopefully a really smart LEO technician will be able to crack the case with some hard evidence. Whether she is determined to be innocent or guilty, it will make for a truly remarkable story.
Many posters to this thread are having a good time commenting on her clothing, or calling the professor fat...thankfully there are still some FReepers captivated by the psychology and motivation behind this case.
