I'll have to see the entire interview to make sure that this was not taken out of context.

HI had heard that Gipson was anti-war. I guess this will give Hitchens, Safire, Sullivan, and Buckley and various other neo-cons yet another reason to hate him.

Hey, I support Bush. We can't hide stuff if we disagree with it.

After making millions upon millions of dollars from likely Bush supporters, he turns on them? I thought he was an Aussie, not an American.
WELL, I'M NO FILM-MAKER BUT I'M HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT KERRY.

I wouldn't call Hitchens a neo-con. He's out-and-out, full-throttle liberal. He just happens to not like Clinton, and that put him on our side for a very short time.

I like Mel Gibson but I don't really expect anyone from Hollywierd to vote for Bush so this doesn't really surprise me. It's quite normal.

Just because Gibson made a movie about Jesus Christ doesn't make Gibson a saint. As long as he doesn't get nasty he is entitled to his opinion. What the Bush bashing crowd now come to Gibson's defense.

He hasn't made millions from the pro-war neo-cons and cons who hate him including Sullivan, Hitchens, Buckley, and Safire.
