The City of Los Angeles is one of the most corrupt municipal governments in the United States. The mayor has a small contingent of experts that do nothing but apply for state and federal grant monies. The city has a cash pipeline to Washington involving hundreds of millions to billions of our tax dollars. Once monies are transferred to city control, accountable goes to pieces and the loot has a strange way of disappearing into the hands of consultants. Hundreds of Highly paid, tight lipped consultants are one of their dirty little secrets!
