WASHINGTON (CNN) -- This week's deadly train bombings in Spain will not lead to a rise in the U.S. color-coded terror threat alert system, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman said Friday.

It is just an electronic component to reduce Electro Magnetic Interference. When ever current passes through a conductor a magnetic field is generated. When you start dealing with higher frequencys then this feild will be radiated and can interfere with other electronics or radio waves. For instance...Ever turn on your TV that was near an AM radio and you get a bunch of noise on the AM radio? The FCC has requirements that this EMI be kept below a ceartin range.

Disregard the sb, not all the translations have sb in them. I believe that the statement means that it means Austrailia. A go ahead as plan or in a new plan with Austraila.

There are many Electonic components. Any one of which could be used in some way to design something for good or bad. Here is a pic showing EMI related components:

I would not think these would not be the most useful components to design a bomb triggering device with. But There might be something I don't know(Yes Really...LOL). Designing a circuit to trigger something when a cell phone rings would be mere child's play for even the average hobiest. All the components needed to do so would be avalable at radio shack.

The first place that we noticed the 4515 was in the translated version of the letter from the Brigade of Abu Hafs right after the bombings in Madrid which I posted at the end of my post #3122.
