Does this story have legs yet? I haven't heard anything about it...I cannot believe it.! This just proves the elitist press has an agenda, and it is not the well being of this country. I read the story this morning, and thought it would be on 24/7, how naive of me.!

Amusing, I have posted in the past that Annan wears suits bought for him by the Saudi government. It is sickening how many Americans want to go to an entity, hat in hand, for permisson to sneeze, that is even more corrupt than the federal government.

It is sickening how many Americans want to go to an entity, hat in hand, for permisson to sneeze, that is even more corrupt than the federal government. And that's not the sort of thing that will change. What people in the US don't realize is, that's just the way business is done in the vast majority of the world. In most countries, there would be no shock or outrage at the corruption. Compared to their own governments the UN is run in a comparatively clean fashion.
Our nation, rather the left likes it or not, was founded on judeo-christian values. Even now it permeates our society in our national work ethic as well as our expectations of civil employees working honestly and without corruption. Simply said, nothing will change at the UN because the vast majority of the members of the UN view this as the expected and proper way to DO business. The trick, in their minds, is to make sure to toady up to the right people so you can get in that line for your payoff.

And here we are, a large number of Americans, wanting permission from, and control given, to barbarians. An entity packed to the seams with our enemies and America haters. It's a strange world, we are a nation in need of a shrink.

In any other day and age, Kerry would be called a traitor. Nowadays, though, he's safe ... our government is full of U.N. lovers.
Kofi Annan's son, Kojo, implicated in Oil for Food with Iraq - if Saddam is going up for trial by the Iraqis, Kofi and Kojo belong right along side him.

Newt Gingrich was on O'Reilly last night, he says that it is inevitable that there will eventually be an outside investigation of the UN, because this is too big of a scandal to be ignored. He also said that it reaches to the top of the UN hierarchy. The story definitely has "legs".....they're just crawling right now.
