Sen. John Kerry's paranoid Dean-like rant against those who dare question him is unworthy of a presidential candidate, Bush-Cheney campaign chairman Marc Racicot noted last night. "Senator Kerry's statement today in Illinois was unbecoming of a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America, and tonight we call on Senator Kerry to apologize to the American people for this negative attack. On the day that Senator Kerry emerged as his party's presumptive nominee, the president called to congratulate him. That goodwill gesture has been met by attacks and false statements," stated Racicot, former governor of Montana.
"John Kerry has run a relentlessly negative campaign from the very beginning and this comment is completely consistent with that."
Kerry, of course, refused to apologize today for his tirade.

we call on Senator Kerry to apologize to the American people for this negative attack. Racicot, that's wampy. You should instead say that you would ask for an apology from Kerry, but given the tone of the Democratic campaign you doubt any apology would be sincere. Toss this right back in the Dem's faces.

Two hundred years ago, he'd be facing challenges to a duel - from thousands of challengers.
Kerry is a viper.

Kerry's words reflect much worse on the media than on him. Kerry is a crap weasel so you expect something like that from him. But, had it been a Republican using the same words about the democrats, the media outrage would know no limits. The Congressional Black crap weasel chorus would be leading the way. The media would go to every one of them, Rangel, Schumer, Leahy, Kennedy, Nadler, and ask each one, "And, how outraged are you...?"
I can see the words now. "He should step aside...." No, you expect sleaze from a guy who discraded a perfectly wealthy wife for a wealthier wife and that's what Hanoi John gave us.
