The line about burning Hummers, and giving them in prison is also classic.
Seriously though we all know this guy will get a slap on the hand in the CA courts, but I do hope Daddy has to pay damages. Sounds like this kid's been spoiled his whole life, and Daddy having to cough up 1.5 million seems like poetic justice.
I believe his Dad could have solved this problem when precious little Billy was in HS, by spending some quality time with him behind the woodshed.
