WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden might be preparing to move from Pakistan to Afghanistan, according to sources with access to the latest U.S. intelligence.
U.S. intelligence found signs of a network of al Qaeda couriers and safe houses on the Afghan side of the border, sources said. Such a network could be a sign bin Laden might be planning to flee Pakistan.

I will undoubtedly go into hysterics listening to the whining 'rats if Bin Laden is captured before the election. It will be interesting to see their angry faces nightly trying to spin it.

It seems Anti-Bubba182 beat you to the post by a bit.
Anyway, I was going to say on the other thread, I have a suspicion that we're going to get Zawahiri first. Just a hunch.

Didn't you hear? The dems have already started there spin tactic. Heard this on Rush the other day. Supossedly Matt Lauer asked Rumsfeld te other day if Osama had already secretly been caught and is being held until it is politically useful to President Bush.

Obviously it's a survival tactic on Bin Laden's part. Since he's got a hefty price on his head, if he's captured by the Pakistanis, he could be executed on the spot, or, at the very least, be tortured. He knows that he will be treated well by the US forces and kept alive for trial. After he's convicted of heinous terrorist crimes and sentenced to death the loony left will petition the courts and world opinion to spare his life. Yep, much better to face American rather than Middle Eastern justice.

I think the New Yorker had it right:

But but but John Loftus said OBL has already moved and is now behind American lines in Afghanistan.
But then Loftus also said Saddam was killed on the first night!

Id Bin Laden is still alive, his future involves not Ryder, but Hertz, if you know what I mean.

My first thought is that these folks couln't possibly be dumb enough to move around while we are watching. Surely they are pulling a sleight-of-hand move.
My second thought is, do they have any choices left?

LOL! Everything to them is politics. The Rats put their sniveling party above their own country. The "Pee" Party, the party of political prostitution, pornography, perverts and pandering. I am attempting to add more "Pee" words to my list.

I don't know whether we're interested in bringing him to trial. Would it be wise? I suppose we have to figure out which will damage worldwide terrorism more - bin Ladin alive and being dragged to interrogation, or bin Ladin's carcass propped up for the cameras.
I'm glad we took Saddam prisoner. It was much more humiliating. But bin Laden I just don't know.
