I've always considered you an honorary Texan. Why thank you! That is an honor I shall always treasure. I've only been to your state once, but I enjoyed my brief trip there. :)
Don't invite me to NY. I might embarass y'all.... :)
Oh, nonsense! The natives (actually, the ones who moved here from elsewhere) are enough of an embarrassment!

But of course. :o)

I must say...I'm treated like a queen much of the time. He brings me coffee in the morning, massages my feet almost daily, helps with supper dishes, compliments me and slow dances with me with the stove light as our candle lol. What a guy. :o)

There's nothing in my posts about being "submissive" that I recall, although submissiveness is important in some matters for believers. Which evidence in the links in post #57 did you find offensive? If the feminists who run the sites linked to have changed any of their pages to offensive material (other than the usual feminist speech), I would like to know in order to link elsewhere in those instances.
...maybe the cites to research reports in the following?
http://familyops.us/columns/lemasters/Driving_the_Divorce_Rate.html ...or the evidence of Susan B. Anthony's nature in the links behind this one? Some of those links are to original documents transcribed to the Web.
http://familyops.us/anthonyproject/ Others have been incorporating some of the sources into further work for some time, so the effort won't be going away.
...or the evidence that socialist writers and leaders said that feminism is necessary to socialism?
http://www.marx.org/archive/marx/works/subject/women/index.htm Karl Marx On Women and Frederick Engels
Mao's Little Red Book on Women
http://www.paulnoll.com/China/Documents/Mao-31-Women.html Some of Lenin's words on women
http://www.marx.org/archive/lenin/works/1919/nov/06.htm Some of the local left/liberal people employed by the State here have had us vandalized, harrassed, threatened, and have disrupted our personal communications just recently over the Susan B. material. My family and I have been threatened, falsely accused (exonerated from all), cheated, vandalized, fired from employment and all that in the past by male and female feminists.
Some of my friends have received the same sorts of threats and harrassment from feminists. Feminism is offensive to us.

"Did you forget the sarcasm tag"
How about if I just clarify it. By "rival gangs," I was referring to the Democrats and our politicians' complicity in unconstitutional Democrat anti-family laws. Unfortunately, both of our parties are trying to entertain feminism against good family policy, and feminism makes a country more easily adaptable to socialism. Feminism, in turn, requires socialism in order to survive. Republicans as well as Democrats have voted in favor of and passed some very expensive feminist laws and funding to entice more women to divorce. Divorcing women and their lawyers have nearly absolute but unconstitutional power under the divorce industry to ruin their husbands (even the good ones) with nothing more than accusations in order to separate children and money from their husbands. Here's one instance.
Republicans, Something You Didn't Know - What Happened to Your Second Amendment Rights (EJF)by Dr. Charles E. Corry
http://familyops.us/columns/corry/What_Happened_to_Your_Second_Amendment_Rights.html See the info behind the links I presented in the last post.
And as for "sarcasm," yes, I meant to convey criticism and scorn regarding current divorce policy. All should become aware of what is likely to happen if we continue to aid no-fault divorce and the divorce industry. That is, with the fact that most divorced/cohabiting/hook-up singles tend to vote left/liberal, we could end up with Democrats running this country for several decades.

"Of course a good husband would never ever stay out all night."
This is true. I found the part about that in the "guide" to be rather odd. In the '50s and '60s, morally inclined people believed that loyalty and faithfulness were as important for men as it was for women.
Couples who follow the Golden Rule, as several of you pointed out in other words, should have good marriages.

I do not disagree with anything you have said. I guess I'm just lucky and blessed and the condition of marriage, the divorce industry and feminism are not what I immediately think of when the subject of marriage comes up.
I whole heartedly agree that feminism is a lie and destructive to the family but I also acknowldege that it was born of necessity.
The pendulum has swumg to far in the opposite direction but the rights woman have now are to all our benefit.
The mindset is severely flawed in most circumstances but lets not fool ourselves into thinking that all men are saints nor should we think that all women are either. People are people they come in all shapes and sizes some are good and some are pure evil only desiring their selfish ends and maybe even finding joy in causing others misery.
Choose wisely and pray.

Aren't our husbands wonderful? Mine brings me coffee in the morning, does all his "honey-do" chores without me asking him to and never goes out with the boys.
We sit at the supper table after the kids have cleared the dishes and talk while we have our after dinner coffee by candlelight. *sigh* What a find he is! And such a huggybear. He still brings me flowers.

How they can have no better self respect to make themselves presentable, if not for their hubby's, but for their own self esteem, is beyond me.It's a two-way street.

This is an OBVIOUS fraud.
the magazine "Housekeeping Monthly" never existed.
If anyone says they have a copy of the original article, ask them what was on the page before and the next page.
The date is a dead give-away.
May 13, 1955 was a FRIDAY.
Who ever hear of a MONTHLY magazine published half-way through the month, or on a FRIDAY.
And the advice - can you imagine a 1950s housewife still doing the laundry at 6pm or so, when husband comes home?
And the big about ignoring his fooling around.
Yeah, right on. A magazine for middle-American, church-going, stay-at-home moms telling women that!!!

I can assure you as I happen to be a woman who essentially lives by these rules that there are others out there. When my partner and I got together I looked him in the face and said outright “I want to be a sluttier version of June Cleaver.”
I also happen to be from GA and can assure you that there are others out there. All of my friends and I are of that same exact mindset.
Look for the women who look “wholesome”. True Southern Belles treat everyone with respect. Sir and Ma’am are titles to be used for a reason. Look for people who were raised in a wholesome environment with both parents and see how they act to people in public.
Here everyone is baby, doll, or sugar.
I think if my partner didn’t see dinner on the table when he came home he’d think I’d died.
