Wonderful pictures. I'll bet those people are still walking on cloud nine. What an experience for those lucky kids.

(Well, isn't that what the Dims are saying about President Bush's new TV spots showing photos of 9/11?

If the president wouldn't mention 9/11 at all in his ads the left would have a hissy fit just as same. So it is best to ignore their whine

My nine year old son and six year old daughter just love President Bush. (my daughter couldn't understand why that scary looking man would want President Bush out of the White House) I wondered did Emperor Clinton ever have a bunch of school children thinking he was the greatest? I'm sure he would have used it as a photo-op over and over if such a thing ever happened.

Single women in blue states, especially college educated.

Let the record show that this single, college educated, woman in a blue state supports the President :)

All the women I know will vote for Bush.

**

<Sigh! I wish I could say the same. All of the women in my family will vote for him, but I know that quite a few women at work will not.

Sadly,

Democrats ~2.6 Million
Bush ~1.7 Million

A lot closer than I hoped, but we need to avoid building high expectations.

What college?

Maybe I'll send my daughter, for her own survival.

> All the women I know will vote for Bush. ** If you live in a VERY red state then don't sweat it. If you live in a VERY blue state then don't sweat it. If you live in a Battleground state, volunteer. If you live NEAR a Battleground state, volunteer. The intensity with which we pull the lever Does Not Matter unless we translate it into volunteering for the campaign.

I remember well the 2000 campaign and President Bush went to California and rode a train up the state. Drew HUGE crowds everywhere. It did seem California was in play then and I think it was for awhile.

I remember all of the Bush rally pictures from all across the nation posted here on FR by "firebeer" and they were just excellent and upbeat and packed. The Gore rallies always looked stacked with union types in the same shirts and such.

I still cannot believe how close it was in 2000, even accounting for fraud. The only thing I can think of is people got afraid of "change" and perceived Gore as the status quo so last minute surge to Gore brought it so very close.

My point is these pictures are wonderful, but I learned my lesson about translating uplifting and packed appearances---even stopping like this---into votes.

those are AP photos...I caught All Politics on CNN, and of course they showed none of it. All they could talk about was the fake controversy using a clip of the WTC in Bush's new campaign ad. They find one liberal WTC wife, and then one Union Firefighter guy from Florida (who just endorsed Kerry) to complain.

Last night, the skies over North LA were silent, with the lazy roar of high flying F15s from Nellis AFB patrolling.

It was refreshing to know GWB was nearby, protecting our freedom. Boy, did I have a refreshing sleep.
