Firefighters view the scene of a Union Pacific 24-car train derailment in El Paso, Texas. They were on stand-by in case railroad workers clearing the scene needed their assistance. No one was injured in the accident

We got an inch and three quarters of rain from the storms. The line has moved East. There's another line of storms west of Wichita Falls, Texas moving Northeast.

Is this what they mean by frozen food? Chandi, a white tiger, plays with a truly abominable snowman built by her keepers in her enclosure at Longleat Safari Park, England, where up to four inches of snow fell overnight.
