I don't think they need immediate assistance. I haven't heard from them for a while, so I suppose that means the legal proceedings are quiescent for the time being.
I'm not in the immediate loop for the legal process. For most things they don't need my help, and I don't want to interfere. Whenever they need me, of course, I'm there for them.
