Well, he does have close relatives (cousin, I think it is) who are ..... French...as in, France.

There was a report about them on one of the news channels last week.

If I was a democrat, I would be distraught.
Kerry has the same chance of winning a general election as Dole did in '96 (none). Why the dums can't see this is beyond me.
Yes Dean or Edwards Or Graohm would have had a tough win, but it was at least theoretically plausible
problems
1- 20 year liberal voting record
2- never run anything
3- flip flops up the ying yang
4- raise taxes
5- no excitement

I hope the Dems get what they deserve like the GOP did with the "electable" Bob Dole in 1996.

Why aren;t the candidates asked who they would choose for VP to run with them... I mean it makes sense that people would want to know, doesn't it?

They are asked. They just don't answer. "It's too early to speculate" or "I don't want to get ahead of myself".
